Dominic Dupré
Founder
Dominic is a values-driven, second-generation entrepreneur who founded Tule Creek Capital to partner with business owners in acquiring, leading, and growing one exceptional company for the long term.
Raised in South Louisiana in a family deeply rooted in entrepreneurship and operations, Dominic learned early the responsibility that comes with building and stewarding a business. Encouraged to pursue work that aligned with his skills and values, he earned a degree in entrepreneurship from LSU, developing a foundation in leadership, operations, and business ownership.
Dominic built his career within complex, service-oriented like oilfield services and logistics, gaining hands-on experience across operations, sales leadership, and financial performance. He played key roles in launching new business units, turning around underperforming operations, and managing multi-region teams supporting large customer portfolios. His career has been shaped by a focus on disciplined execution, team development, and building durable customer relationships.
Prior to founding Tule Creek Capital, Dominic earned his MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business, with a concentration in finance and mergers and acquisitions. While at Rice, he founded the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Club and led the Texas ETA Conference in October 2025. His most recent professional milestone was the successful transaction of his family's transportation company, Dupré Logistics, to Stonepeak.
Outside of work, Dominic is a devoted husband and father who values time with his wife and two children and enjoys being outdoors, often chasing speckled trout in the bay or ducks on the prairie.
